HR Recruiter

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity in Minneapolis, Minnesota for a HR Recruiter in the non-profit sector. As a HR Recruiter, your primary duties will involve managing job postings, assessing applicant suitability, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements Manage and maintain job postings on various platforms, including job boards and social networks Evaluate applicants based on their knowledge, skills, relevant experience, and aptitudes Employ reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods for conducting interviews Advocate for our organization's reputation as a desirable workplace Ensure that all hiring processes are in compliance with employment laws and practices Utilize skills in UKG, CareerBuilder, CRM, About Time, Applicant Track System, and Background Checks Conduct thorough applicant screening and reference checks Oversee new-employee orientations and benefit functions Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the recruitment processRequirements Proficiency in using UKG or other applicant tracking systems.
