Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Member Services Representative in the Healthcare industry located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Member Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting with member services, managing calls related to bills and RX, and providing top-tier customer service.Responsibilities: Efficiently manage incoming calls and inquiries from members Provide assistance with member services such as booking transportation and handling benefits Triage calls related to bills and RX, ensuring all queries are resolved promptly and accurately Utilize your skills in the healthcare industry to provide specialized and tailored service to members Maintain a high level of computer proficiency to efficiently manage member files and records Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing member concerns and providing accurate information Collaborate with the call center team to improve processes and member experience Actively monitor member accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Ensure all member interactions adhere to compliance regulationsRequirements Must have prior experience in a call center environment Proficiency in computer applications and software is required Strong customer service skills are essential Knowledge of the healthcare industry is desirable Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing High school diploma or equivalent is necessary Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively Should be able to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Bilingual skills are a plus.
