Description Robert Half is partnering with a Fortune 100 Healthcare and Insurance Company in their search for a highly motivated Senior Campaign Manager to join their Engagement Solutions team. This role focuses on the successful execution of custom member communication campaigns for the company’s public facing clients. The Senior Campaign Manager will collaborate closely with a dedicated Marketing Consultant responsible for developing client strategies, while this role ensures timely and seamless delivery of those strategies through effective project and campaign management.Location: Remote (CST hours)Duration: 11 monthsHours: 40 hours/week (9-5 CST)Pay Rate: $80-95/hourResponsibilities:

Establish clear project plans and schedules with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution across all stakeholders.

Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, from initial development to delivery, with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and budget.

Coordinate creative development, audience segmentation, fulfillment processes (digital or print), and post-campaign analysis.

Proactively manage competing priorities and identify risks, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet key milestones.

Work with internal teams, including fulfillment, legal/privacy, digital, analytics, and external agencies, to deliver campaign initiatives.

Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on campaign execution to internal partners and clients.

Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to facilitate effective collaboration and problem-solving.

Continuously evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in campaign delivery.

Leverage tools and data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive better results.

Assist in the creation of post-campaign performance reports, using metrics to highlight ROI and behavior change outcomes.

Ensure reports meet internal benchmarks and client expectations while identifying areas for future optimization.

Requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience, ideally in marketing or communications.

3+ years of consumer marketing experience, with a track record of delivering high-impact campaigns.

Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, with demonstrated success managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.

Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Proven success managing integrated marketing campaigns using print, digital, social, and video channels.

Experience working in Agile environments and managing cross-functional teams.

Experience working in a healthcare or insurance industry, particularly in a matrixed organization.

Familiarity with Workfront, JIRA, or other project management tools
