Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, and team management. Duties:
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Skills:
- 3+ years as chef/head chef
- Ability to work 40+ hours a week
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently delivered
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and kitchen operations effectively
- Bartending skills are a plus
We offer competitive pay based on experience.
Skills of our Chef will be needed Monday through Friday, totaling 50 hours a week.
