Your Impact
As CRG’s Lead Food Expeditor you will be a key leader in ensuring all food, specifically take-out food, meet our company’s quality and consistency standards. You will ensure that CRG meets our ideal ticket times and that all take-out orders are fulfilled and properly packaged. Additionally as a CRG Food Expeditor you will:
- Organize food tickets
- Prepare take-out station for lunch, dinner, and delivery orders
- Garnish food plates and check all food for accuracy
- Communicate effectively with line cooks and the FOH regarding any food modifications and/or allergies
- Communicate with line cooks and FOH regarding any needed refires
- Lead our FOH in the management and organization of the takeout expo station
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all expo stations
- Assist the FOH on the floor when needed
- Work collaboratively with our team as a whole to improve both the guest and employee experiences
