Production Cook at Paris Dining Club

Paris Dining Club is passionate about regional French Cuisine and creating special dining experiences. We create subscription meal boxes, studio dinners, & catering events. Founded by Jamie Malone of the Grand Cafe.

We're looking to hire a prep/production cook to work Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours per week. The typical working hours are from 9am - 5pm. The production cook will work closely with Chef Ryan Cook to produce top quality cuisine for our meal boxes, studio, and catering events. Starting at $20 an hour — negotiable — depending on experience. Opportunity for advancement.

Requirements:

2+ years cooking experience preferred

Dedication to the craft of cooking, learning, and treating products with respect.

Demonstrated experience in collaborating and communicating across team

Baking/pastry experience preferred but not required

We use Nouvelle Brewery in Robbinsdale, MN as our commissary kitchen for production. Must have reliable transportation to commute to Robbinsdale.
