We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Preservation Vendor to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in using both PPW (Property Preservation Wizard) and xactPRM. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to place bids accurately within the system.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive property inspections and secure vacant properties.
Conduct debris removal, lawn maintenance, and winterization services.
Complete minor repairs and small rehabilitation projects to ensure properties meet all standards and guidelines.
Document and report all work performed with detailed photos and descriptions.
Utilize PPW and xactPRM software to place accurate bids and manage work orders.
Ensure all work is completed within specified timeframes and adheres to client requirements.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Perform routine property checks to ensure continued compliance with all regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in property preservation and minor rehabilitation.
Proficiency in using PPW and xactPRM software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to place bids accurately and efficiently within the system.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various property locations as needed.
