If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for irrigation systems, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesOperate and perform maintenance on irrigation service equipment competently.Install, maintain, and repair commercial irrigation systems.Assist customers with irrigation requests and concerns, ensuring high performance standards.Interact professionally with customers, addressing their questions and providing solutions.Contribute to irrigation meetings and evaluate service line equipment and operations.Maintain and operate assigned service line equipment, truck, and trailer.Assist with the organization, cleaning, and basic upkeep of all facilities.QualificationsValid driver’s license.Ability to understand and follow directions.Basic organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Experience using compressors and winterizing irrigation systems.Ability to troubleshoot irrigation issues.Certified Irrigation Technician or ability to attain certification within the first year of employment.Knowledge of 2-wire decoder systems is preferred.Ability to perform manual labor, including bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. independently and 80 lbs. with assistance.Category A & E Pesticide Applicator License.Good communication skills.Timely and accurate completion of assigned work.Ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors.Consistent punctuality.Maintain personal appearance and grooming as per company guidelines.Adhere to company conduct expectations.
