Maintenance Technician Apartments

Experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech sought for 100 apartment homes at 7 apartment buildings and boilers in Glencoe MN. Skills to include boilers, plumbing, appliances, electrical, carpentry, drywall, grounds, snow, lock re-keying, and so on. Must own your own tools. We are seeking someone with 3 or more years of experience and licenses for boilers. This is a fast paced customer caring organization; we put our work and our customers first. On call required every 3 to 4 weeks for your region. This is a full time position; would consider part-time/semi-retired persons. Our corporate office is in Eden Prairie, the position is in Glencoe and Hutchinson. Background (BCA) check required. Apartment + hourly wage available + benefits and 401K.
