Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating project teams, and leveraging your expertise in Buildertrend software to streamline operations and enhance communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of project management, including estimating, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
- Develop project scopes and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Utilize Buildertrend software to manage project schedules, budgets and documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular project meetings to communicate progress, address concerns, and maintain stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Important Job Requirements:
- Experience in Construction Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
