Position: Support Coach

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM

Pay: $17.00/hour

Sign on bonus: $2,000 (paid in 3 installments)

Locations: Minnetonka & Plymouth, MN

You’ll encourage independence, teach valuable life skills, and provide meaningful experiences that promote inclusion and personal growth. What We’re Looking For:

A compassionate, patient, and positive person who truly wants to help others succeed

No experience is required. We provide training!

High school diploma or GED

Valid MN driver’s license

Your Responsibilities:

Plan and lead engaging lessons, activities, and community outings

Provide encouragement, coaching, and guidance to foster independence

Support individuals in developing social skills and building meaningful relationships

Promote inclusion and community integration
