Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Concrete Foreman with Mud Construction Group, located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Concrete Foreman will oversee daily concrete construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and manage project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills and Communication abilities
Experience with Heavy Equipment operation
Carpentry and Maintenance skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Knowledge of concrete mixing and pouring techniques
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
OSHA certification in Construction Safety is a plus
5+ years of experience in concrete construction
Compensation range $40-$50and hour with Medical and 401k package.
