Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Sr Continuous Improvement Specialist for our Plymouth, MN or Broomfield, CO. As a Sr. Continuous Improvement Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving and sustaining the use of Honeywell Accelerator and Honeywell Operating System (HOS) principles across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop and execute improvement plans, support problem solving events, and monitor progress towards operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and drive continuous improvement initiatives.YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE: Support the use of Honeywell Accelerator and Honeywell Operating System (HOS) across the ACST organization Identify and implement process improvements and monitor progress towards operational excellence Train and coach employees on HOS principles and tools Collaborate and mentor individuals in lean and change management principles Support team strategy deployment and operating system creation Lead and coordinate improvement events The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $87,200.00 - $109,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
