We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with various HVAC equipment and tools. A growing HVAC company in Minnesota is seeking experienced HVAC installers to install Tankless Water Heaters, Boilers, Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps and Furnaces.

- Competitive pay based on experience and license

- Pay Structure: hourly or per installation basis

- Company Sprinter van, tools and equipment provided

Responsibilities

- Install Tankless Water Heaters, Boilers, Air Conditioners, and Heat Pumps according to manufacturer specifications, Ontario codes and Thermo Control’s standards.

- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.

- Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems, identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation details and service history.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding HVAC systems.

Experience

Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or related fields is preferred.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.

Familiarity with plumbing, welding, and appliance repair is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.

- Commercial experience is an asset.

- Must have a DL with a clean driving abstract.

- Must be physically capable of performing all work required for this position.
