With quality as its primary focus, this group collaborates with Research & Development and Commercial partners to deliver life-changing solutions for patients in need.Reporting within the IMSC Finance organization, the Lead Financial Analyst will report to the Finance Manager for MTO and support the global manufacturing sites around the world. The position requires interaction with senior management from a variety of functions throughout the organization.ResponsibilitiesThe position will perform various functions of the financial processes such as:

Lead the development of the annual business plan and major forecast updates with Global Platform Leadership Team.

Ensure timely and accurate quarterly financial closing/reporting, submission of results and reviews with Functional Leadership.

Analyze performance versus financial plans/commitments and drive analytics and insights on financial results.

Prepare and present quarterly close commentary and business plan updates for platform reviews as required.

Lead the development of consistent processes and metrics across MTO platforms.

Develop consistent analytical tools to drive quality commentary on platform performance.

Partner effectively with the manufacturing site controllers to develop and report platform analytics that support competitive benchmarking and other analytical tools.

Identify and implement finance process improvements consistent with SigniFi/CFIN/EPM.

Supports continuous improvement activities.

Support ad-hoc requests and analysis.

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.

Accounting or Finance degree preferred.

A CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certifications are preferred.

A minimum of 3 years business experience is required.

Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and/or consumer products industry is preferred.

Experience in Supply Chain is preferred.

Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The ability to think creatively, influence, and work in a team environment is required. Individual must work well in a dynamic environment, be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.

The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required.

Must be able to work in a global environment and collaborate with business partners located in various time zones.

The base pay range for this position is $88,000 - $142,600The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
