Job Title: Maintenance ElectricianJob DescriptionSeeking a Maintenance Electrician to perform essential electrical maintenance tasks on plant utility and process infrastructure. The role involves installing and repairing electrical systems, apparatus, electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment adhering to electrical codes, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications. This position requires working with minimal supervision, providing guidance on complex problems, and serving as a subject matter resource for colleagues with less experience.Hard Skills

Troubleshooting electrical parts, equipment, and systems

Working with multi-phase, high and low voltage electrical systems

Diagnosing control networks, instrumentation, PLC devices, HMI, VFD, and servo controls

Preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, distribution systems, motor control centers, and motors

Reading and interpreting technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals

Using computerized maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP)

Soft Skills

Guiding colleagues

Maintaining communication with different departments

Continuous improvement mindset

Anticipating parts requirements and following proper purchasing procedures

Job TypeThis is a permanent position.Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Saint Paul, Minnesota.Work EnvironmentThe role is situated in a milk plant within a food manufacturing environment adhering to very high food quality regulations. All production staff must wear hairnets and gowns to maintain sanitation. The mechanics team operates in two shifts at night, covering the entire week. Shift A includes every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday.
