Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Associate Operations Coordinator, within a dynamic industry, located in Sartell, Minnesota. This role is essential in maintaining efficiency and quality in various office functions, specifically focusing on customer service, shipping functions, and operations. Responsibilities: Efficiently executing tasks in alignment with company policies and standard operating procedures. Actively providing shipment information, creating and activating shipments. Building and assigning loads as per requirements. Scheduling appointments and tracing shipments, ensuring timely delivery. Diligently monitoring task boards and assigned email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests. Documenting events and incidents, leveraging knowledge gained through standard operating procedures and experience. Validating and ensuring the accuracy of load data in systems according to company and customer standards. Demonstrating strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills for effective operations management. Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite of programs for various office functions. Fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, promoting creativity, innovation, and business growth. Requirements Excellent customer service skills to handle client inquiries and concerns Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and clients Proficiency in managing office functions and maintaining a smooth workflow Ability to provide training to staff on operations and procedures Experience in coordinating operations to ensure efficient business processes Familiarity with scheduling appointments, managing invoices, and maintaining quality control Understanding of shipping functions and ability to coordinate logistics Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to execute tasks in accordance with company policy and standard operating procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites to handle administrative duties Ability to maintain professionalism in a call center environment Creativity and innovation skills to contribute to business growth strategies Understanding of discrimination laws and affirmative action plans to ensure equal opportunities Ability to load data and manage databases effectively Excellent prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Understanding of company policies and the ability to adhere to them consistently.
