You are the glue that brings all the specialists (sales, estimators, production, clients) together. You are the point person ensuring the quality of the finished print product is delivered on time. A high percentage of team members have made this their forever workplace!salary: $45,000 - $52,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilitiesAs a Printing Customer Service Representative and Project Specialist, you will work with customers, sales managers, and the print production team to create and deliver products and services that exceed job specifications.
Manage the flow of print projects from receipt to delivery
Receive approved quotes from the sales team
Recalculate and review quote details for accuracy and adherence to client company specifications
Coordinate final quote details with the sales estimating team
Create production tickets using the estimate information
Manage specific project requests with customers
Communicate project changes to sales and production teams
Coordinate with production to ensure customer requirements are met
Monitor the quality and progress of assigned jobs to ensure that due dates are met
Communicate with customers, sales, and production teams regarding scheduling and job questions
Provide feedback to customers, sales, production, and leadership regarding issues affecting the quality and timely delivery of the project
Perform quality checks and provide proof or samples to customers.
Prepare invoices for billing of completed jobs
Work closely with sales representatives to ensure customer retention and to gain new customers
