job detailsRandstad is currently looking for an Escalations Representative 2 in Shoreview,MN.The role involves supporting customers with inquiries and complaints related to financial products and services. It requires good communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the position demands the ability to document and investigate complex transactions while effectively managing customer interactions. Position: Escalations Representative 2 Location : Shoreview,MN 55126 Pay: $23/hr Shift Days/Hours: M-F Hours: 30 days on site then 1 week in office 1 week at home. They can be flexible with start times from 7am-9am Training Days/Hours: Training shift: M-F 8-5pm Training 30 days in officesalary: $22 - $23 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities

Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services.

Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action, conduct investigative steps to identify the issues, and process complex transactions online.

Perform moderately complex initiatives to resolve client issues and review complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory flags, and classify risks appropriately in case management systems to ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards.

Receive direction from supervisors, and escalate non-routine client concerns to more experienced individuals.

Interact with internal and external customers to respond to the raised concerns, as well as determine appropriate course of action.

Serve as an intermediary between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiate, and enact settlements accordingly.
