Job Title: Assembly Technician (1st Shift)Job DescriptionAssembly Operators will work on a line assembling different models of servers. Candidates for this role must be EXTREMELY detail-oriented and able to move at a consistent pace to keep up with production. Each station on the assembly line is timed to take roughly the same amount of time, and any delay at one station will hold up the whole line. Depending on the specific model being assembled, each line will produce between 50-120 models a shift. The first unit completed for each run will be left at the end of the line for reference.The assembly line has 9 assembly stations and a quality inspector. Candidates will be trained on all stations and must be comfortable working where needed. Each station contains a rack with the parts necessary, a scan gun, and two computer screens. One screen will show the assembly process required for that particular station. The other will be used with the scan gun to track each component added and tie the part number to the overall serial number.Most parts are lightweight, but the server units can weigh over 50-60 lbs, depending on the model. Any lift over 60 lbs will be a team lift. Candidates must also be comfortable standing in one spot for the majority of their shift.1st shift: 7am-3:30pm (OT is available on front end starting at 6am)Monday - Friday (OT available 7a-12p on Sat)$15.50Hard Skills
