Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detailed, self-motivated and mechanically inclined Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. Must have a good driving record, forklift experience and be able to lift 70+ lbs.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of all materials, tools, and equipment.
Monitor stock levels and forecast future needs based on project schedules.
Material Handling and Logistics
Receive, inspect, organize and verify incoming materials.
Ensure timely dispatch of equipment and materials to construction sites.
Track order status and follow up with suppliers as needed.
One of one communication with suppliers.
Documentation and Reporting
Keep detailed records of material and equipment usage, damaged goods, and returns.
Support audits and inspections with accurate documentation.
Equipment Management
Track tools and construction equipment issued to and returned from sites.
Schedule and/or work on routine maintenance and servicing of equipment.
Work hours 6:30am-3:00pm, good pay, benefits, insurance (health-dental-vision), vacation and holiday pay.
