Associate PI Attorney

Seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team.In this role, you will:Represent injured clients in personal injury cases, managing a caseload from inception to resolution.Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, participating in depositions and mediations, and advocating for clients in court.The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and litigation skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A commitment to client advocacy and achieving justice is essential.Bar admission (MO and/or KS) and relevant experience in personal injury law are required.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
