Responsibilities include
Analyzes, plans and prepares production schedules lead time and delivery dates according to customer forecast and/or customer orders
Ensure all planning and scheduling strategies are accurately planned and reflected in ERP system
Plans and schedules work flow according to the manufacturing sequence of operation and control lead time.
Print Mfg Plan needed to support customer demands
Control the material and Hardware requirements, according to forecast and /or customer orders
Expedites Parts and hardware from outside service supplier to meet Customer demand
Prepares reports showing actual resource loads
Prepares production cost and delivery reports & charts that help meet customer demand.
Coordinate materials within and between departments according to production schedule
Schedule materials within and between departments according to production schedule.
Position Requirement
· Must have organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
· 2+ years of related experience in Aerospace manufacturing of metal components.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required.
· Team player
· Capable of passing pre-employment, post-accident and random drug screens.
· Exemplary work attendance record.
