PC Technician

Description We are looking for a dedicated PC Technician to join our team in the service industry, situated in Springfield, MO. Your primary role will involve providing technical assistance, handling hardware and software installation, and managing Active Directory users. This position will also require you to run diagnostic programs to resolve problems and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems.Responsibilities: Respond to queries and resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software to ensure efficient operations. Run diagnostic programs to identify and rectify problems. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN). Install computer peripherals for users as per their requirements. Adhere to standard help desk procedures. Manage Active Directory users and groups. Operate and maintain systems from Microsoft and Dell Technologies. Provide Deskside Support and manage Configuration. Oversee the deployment of new workstations to ensure smooth transitions. Demonstrate proficiency in Dell Technologies and familiarity with Microsoft software and operating systems. Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware as needed. Manage and execute deployments effectively. Provide Deskside Support when necessary. Exhibit strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.Requirements Knowledge of Microsoft products and services is necessary. Demonstrated ability in Networking and Operating System management. A strong background in Computer Hardware is needed. Proven skills in Configuration Management are essential. Experience with Deployments is important.
