5+ Years AutoCAD Experience (Required)
Microvellum Experience (Plus)
Interpret Engineering and Fixture Drawings
Design fixtures and tooling necessary for production and assembly
Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling machines
Conduct setup and calibration of CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place
Monitor machine operations to maintain quality standards and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Perform regular maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance
Maintain accurate documentation of programs, setups, and production runs
Previous experience in a CNC programming role is required
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position
Knowledge of fixture design and machining principles pertaining to CNC machines is required
Strong communication skills
