As a Painter Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing basic painting tasks to support the production and maintenance of our products. You will work as part of a team to ensure that all painting activities are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will report directly to our Painting Supervisor and you'll work out of our St. Louis, MO location. In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring that all painted surfaces meet the required specifications and standards. You will also contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the painting department.Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
Apply paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
Ensure that all painted surfaces meet the required specifications and standards
Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while performing painting tasks
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma

Previous experience in painting or a related field
Basic knowledge of painting techniques and materials
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Additional certifications or training in painting
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
