We’re on the hunt for a outstanding Supervisor to help lead the team at Well Met Cafe in the heart of the Shaw neighborhood!
If you love great coffee, bustling café energy, and being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly, this might be your perfect fit. You’ll help guide the crew, keep the vibes positive, and make sure every guest walks away happier than when they walked in.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and supporting a team of awesome humans to deliver warm, memorable hospitality
Keeping daily operations on point—think scheduling, inventory, and making sure everything flows
Making sure our coffee, food, and service always meet Well Met standards
Training, developing, and coaching staff so everyone shines
Handling ordering, vendor relationships, and the fun world of cost control
Staying on top of health and safety requirements
Helping create the welcoming, community-focused environment we’re known for.
Who We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in a café or restaurant leadership role
Solid understanding of coffee, food service, and day-to-day café operations
Someone organized, calm under pressure, and great at problem-solving
A multitasker who thrives when things get busy
Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost management
A genuine love for hospitality and building a positive, supportive team culture

This job may require early mornings and weekends. We are open 7am - 6pm with available shifts in the AM and PM
