Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of short-term rental properties.

Oversee property listings on various rental platforms.

Handle guest inquiries and communications promptly.

Coordinate bookings and ensure accurate calendar management.

Supervise property maintenance and cleaning schedules.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards.

Implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates.

Prepare and manage financial reports and budgets.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws.

Resolve guest complaints and issues efficiently.

Develop and maintain relationships with property owners.

Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Manage check-in and check-out processes.

Provide exceptional customer service to guests and owners.

Implement and monitor guest feedback and review systems.

Develop and execute promotional campaigns.

Ensure properties are stocked with necessary supplies.

Train and supervise support staff as needed.

Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years experience in property management or hospitality.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in property management software.

Knowledge of local rental regulations and market trends.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Experience in marketing and sales strategies.

Financial acumen and experience with budgeting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Customer service-oriented mindset.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.

Experience with online rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Furnish Finder).

Strong negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
