We are a property management company managing hundreds of homes around St Louis, MO. We are looking for experienced painter to work on our properties. Having licenses is a plus but NOT required.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting and decorating residential interiors, a strong eye for color and detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality results. As an interior painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints, stains, and finishes, and ensuring a professional and clean job site. Part-Time or Full-Time - 40+ hours a week possible for good honest work!
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience minimum
Able to work independently
Have their own tools and reliable transportation
Excellent multitasking, organizational, and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Good computer skills with the ability to operate a cell phone
