Looking for a working master electrician/superintendent. Primary focus is residential/commercial but will move into the industrial sector if opportunities arise. Envision a split of 40% bidding and some crew oversight. 60% would still be working billable.
We are looking to buy two electrical companies (Kalispell and Billings area) and need someone to do the bidding and oversight at the Billings area location. This position will require carrying the business license to satisfy state/trade regulation. Our professional background is in the building trades (not electrical), big tech consulting and safety engineering.
What we are looking for:
-Ability to manage AND work the Billings (area).
-experience in leading and managing people/projects up to $1,000,000.
-Ability to travel for work daily and inspect sites, sometimes 100 miles or more daily.
-clean driving record and professional demeanor.
-significant experience as a master electrician and verifiable experience in a leadership role.
What you receive:
Up to $120,000 per annum.
Up to 15% ownership of new entity and any subsidiary.
Company vehicle.
Standard (to be agreed upon) benefits package.
Annual bonus of 7% if revenue and customer satisfaction targets met.
