Position Title: Commercial Producer
Position Status: Full time, Hourly Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $18.00- $19.50 Hr.
KWYB ABC/FOX Butte & Bozeman has an excellent opportunity for a hands–on Producer based out of our Bozeman office
What you will be doing:
The Commercial Producer is responsible for the production of commercials for local businesses. You will be researching, writing, conceptualizing, producing, shooting and editing commercials. Our Producer will work closely with the local sales department to produce commercials that will get our clients results. Occasionally there will be live truck work.
What you will contribute to the team:
Three years commercial television production, or closely related experience.
Hands-on camera experience required.
Strong computer background and a fluency with Adobe Premiere, Adobe After-Effects, Photoshop, macOS, broadcast HD cameras, lighting and sound, script writing, and shooting.
Prior television station production experience preferable.
Additional background in live video production highly desirable.
The ideal candidate must be organized and able to work as a team player as well as independently, under tight deadlines.
Prior Hands-On Production experience required - promotions experience a plus.
Applicant must possess valid driver’s license and have a good driving record
Physical Requirements or Restrictions:
Ability to lift and carry camera and lighting equipment.
