Full Time Manager Position for a Lawn care/Snow removal company

We are looking for an experienced manager for full time, year round work. This is a salary position that requires experience in a wide range of lawn care services in the summer time and snow removal services through the winter months. We need someone who is able to train seasonal employees, can manage crews, communicate with clients, has attention to detail, and can lead a team through inspiration and positivity. You should be comfortable maintaining trucks, plows, lawn mowers, and other small engines. Ideally we are looking for long term employment. The full time position does not start until April or early May. This is a possible career path with the opportunity for profit sharing and/or partial ownership of the company.
