We’re hiring a CMMS Data Entry Associate to Live. Work. Explore. in Columbia Falls, Montana!
Job Summary:
Processing work order information, purchase requests, and receiving documents in CMMS Software. Verifying, correcting, deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources before entering into a file.
The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: Late-May or Early-June through late-September 2024
Pay: $17.50/hr
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Housing: Employee housing is not available

Qualifications:
Strong typing, analytical, and computer skills (10key and at least 60 WPM).
Proficient with Adobe, Microsoft word and Excel.
Ability to enter data accurately at a given speed.
Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making skills.
