Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background hospitality and customer service, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence. As an Front Desk Manager, you will support the daily operations of the team, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure the highest standards of customer service and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily operations, including staffing, inventory control, and customer service.
Support the Manager in implementing business strategies and achieving operational goals.
Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Assist in training and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in hospitality; but not required
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
