Account Executive - Federal

Job DescriptionSalary for this position is between 150-200K based on years of experienceThe primary focus of this role is to drive revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, maintaining existing business, selling products or services, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The Account Executive serves as a liaison between the company and its clients, working to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.· Develop and execute effective capture strategies to achieve or exceed business development targets, supporting both organic growth and new opportunities.· Establish and maintain a comprehensive 24-month business development pipeline, ensuring daily updates in SalesForce to track progress, client interactions, and key milestones.· Research and identify growth opportunities, develop and implement growth strategies, including risk assessments, to meet targets as directed by the Company Strategic Plan.· Establish strong rapport with clients and strategic partners, maintaining regular communication to provide updates, address concerns, gather feedback, and build long-lasting relationships.· Support capture and proposal activities, ensuring strategies are aligned with business development goals.· Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and proper execution of agreements such as NDAs and TAs.· Collaborate with marketing, customer support, product development, and other teams to ensure seamless client experiences and successful project execution.· Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights to enhance product offerings and strategies.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
