This role demands a leader with a deep curiosity for uncovering precise, impactful information that drives data-driven decisions across the organization. You will be instrumental in empowering the organization by providing access to crucial insights and performance intelligence. This position will require close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operation, Product Operations, technical teams, and other corporate stakeholders to innovate and refine tools, processes, and reporting mechanisms that serve all levels of the organization. A strong foundation in SQL, data extraction, data modelling, data visualization, and data analytics is essential, as you will guide your team in navigating complex data sources and creating data visualizations and reporting. This role reports directly to the VP of Data Warehouse and Reporting.Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and Innovate : Oversee all reporting and analytics efforts while ensuring that key stakeholders across the company have access to critical insights
Team Leadership: Develop and manage a global team capable of producing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics that drive informed decision-making.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Translate data into actionable insights that enhance stakeholders’ data literacy and support strategic objectives.
Business Requirements : Collaborate with business units to gather, refine, and guide requirements, ensuring that reporting solutions meet the needs of the organization.
Strategic Data Utilization : Ensure leadership has access to accurate, relevant data to support strategic and tactical decisions, continuously validating and testing BI views to meet business needs
Advanced Tools Expertise : Leverage your knowledge of Tableau, PBI, Salesforce, and other tools to enhance reporting capabilities
Data Visualization Mastery : Apply best practices in data visualization to ensure quantitative information is presented effectively and compellingly
Enablement and Collaboration : Lead enablement initiatives and work closely with the data warehouse team to optimize ETL processes and ensure efficient data warehousing.
Key Requirements
Extensive Experience : 10+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, with a strong background in sales performance metrics, especially within subscription-based environment
SQL Proficiency : 5+ years of hands-on experience in SQL development, with expertise in crafting complex queries
BI and Data Modelling Expertise : 3+ years of experience with Tableau, Power BI, data modeling, Excel
Data Fluency: Demonstrated ability to leverage data for improved organizational performance and progress towards goals
Tr ansformation Experience : Proven track record of participating in business or digital transformation projects, driving change through data insights
Analytical Toolkit : Expertise in various problem-solving approaches, including time series analysis, experimental design, and advanced data visualization techniques
Adaptability : A self-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to focus on both big-picture strategy and detailed execution
Collaborative Leadership : A strong team player with a collaborative approach, exceptional communication skills, and a keen ability to solve complex business challenges

Education : A BS/MS in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

It is not typical to be offered at the top of the budget. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
