-Proficient at reading and understanding blueprints, including footings
-Cell Phone

-Be a self starter and able to lead and motivate crew
-Think ahead and anticipate needs for the job
-Construction knowledge and experience
-Be able to lift 75lbs
Job Descriptions and knowledge:
Be in charge of 9-man crew, Layout footings, paving, and flat work. Be able to find problems and adjust. Order materials for projects. Run equipment. Work with General contractors. All work is in the Omaha metro area. No travel. Company vehicle provided.
