Looking for a Field Tech to deliver and install burial vaults and headstones to cemeteries in Nebraska and Wyoming. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions
Routes, loads and secures vaults and monuments on knuckle-boom equipped flatbed truck (newer trucks)
Install vaults while setting up tents, chairs and greens for graveside services
Install monuments at various cemeteries.
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Complete logs and reports
Occasional overnight travel required (room & board company paid)
Qualifications
Previous experience helpful but not required
Knowledge of (or ability to learn) sandblasting
Valid driver’s license (non-CDL)
Ability to operate forklifts and cranes in a variety of weather conditions
Ability to follow diagrams and written specifications
Lift 50lbs
Overtime/weekend availability
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to maintain control of a fast-paced, multiple project environment
Ability to follow all DOT regulations (pre-trip and post-trip inspections, hours of service (e-log)
