JOB DISCRIPTION:
Looking for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist for a growing Liquor bottling company.
- You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth flow of our financial operations.
- Responsible for processing vendor invoices, maintaining vendor records, and preparing financial reports.
Compensation:
- Hourly
- Employment type: Part-time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
+ Enter invoices into our accounting QB and maintain vendor files.
+ Process payments to vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
+ Prepare monthly accounts payable reports.
+ Research and resolve vendor inquiries and disputes.
QAULIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in accounts payable.
Proficient in accounting software, with QuickBooks.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the CEO.
