We are a Farmers Insurance Agency seeking for a positive and highly self motivated individual. Individuals that are great in prioritizing and multitasking. Great communication skills and very friendly. We need someone that is bilingual in Spanish. The hours are from 9-5:30. Once licensed you will start at $16 an hour plus commission and bonus. Sales and Customer Service is a must. If you have no experience and looking for a career we can train. You can remain as an CSR and can move up to an Agency Producer or an Agent. Bonus and commissions is an unlimited opportunity for you to have control on how much you would like to make. Some of my staff makes between 5k to 7k a month.
