We run a fast-growing peer-to-peer car rental business on Turo. We currently manage four vehicles and are expanding our fleet quickly. We’re looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and friendly person to help manage our cars on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
️ Handle check-ins and check-outs through the Turo app
️Manage guest pick-ups and drop-offs
️ Perform light cleaning as needed (vacuuming + taking vehicles through a touchless automatic car wash) to maintain a clean, guest-ready fleet.
️ Take required before/after photos for each trip (Turo documentation)
️ Communicate with guests upon arrival/departure
️ Verify guest identity before handing over the keys (driver’s license + Turo reservation name must match)
️ Meet guests in person and create a smooth, professional, and positive experience
️ You may need to pump gas and refuel vehicles as part of preparing the car for the next guest. This includes situations where a guest purchases the prepaid fuel add-on, requiring a full tank before their trip. (All fuel expenses are covered by the company.)
Notes About Pick-Up & Drop-Off Logistics:
Our vehicles are currently housed at Flamingo / Sandhill. Most pick-ups and drop-offs will start and end at this location.
Important Notes
️ You must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from the car parking lot.
️ You will not be expected to use your personal vehicle for guest trips or Turo-related driving.
️ All Ubers and Car washes are paid directly using our company card — you will not need to front any money.
️ We cover all Uber/transportation fees related to moving the Turo vehicles (for example, after you drop off a guest, we pay for your Uber home or back to the lot).
️Flexibility is important, as pick-up and drop-off locations can vary depending on guest needs.
Hours:
Starting at approximately 10 hours per week
Hours will increase as our fleet grows
Flexible availability is important — pick-ups and drop-offs happen throughout the day
Hourly Pay
We offer a flat hourly rate of $15 per hour. This covers all time spent on vehicle cleaning, guest communication, driving between locations, and completing check-in/check-out procedures.
Weekly Payment via: Venmo or Zelle
Cash Bonus $200 sign-on cash bonus, paid in two installments during the first month
Requirements:
️ Valid driver’s license
️ Clean driving record
️ Personal auto insurance
️ Reliable transportation
️ Strong communication skills
️ Must be polite, reliable, and able to communicate clearly with guests during each handoff.
️ Comfortable using the Turo app and taking clear photos
️ Must be punctual, responsible, and attentive to detail
