As a Sr. Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the installation of Fire Alarm Solutions, as well as managing a team to ensure project schedules, design, execution, testing, closeout and turnover to service are delivered with consistent quality and speed to satisfy contractual requirements.The project is a new install for Fire Alarm Systems. It will take place in Guam for the next 12 months. Expected completion is January 2026 and then will begin to work on projects across the country with the team. (Must be open to any location) Typical projects can last 24-26 months.The salary range for this position is $103,000 - $129,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.RESPONSIBILITIES: Meet contractual obligations Deliver projects on-time Deliver projects on-budget Demonstrate proficiency through adherence to company policies and internal reporting within Project Vision. Grow the business, manage change, and meet contractual obligations. Be a self-starter and work multiple projects simultaneously in a lean administrative environment. Manage and influence the activities of various team members to ensure the contractual deliverables are met within the required timeframes. Coordinate, plan, schedule and track in detail the implementation of projects including their finances. Subcontract, schedule and supervise the activities of subcontractors. Be familiar with the construction dispute resolution processes and use your knowledge of contract documents, labor laws, construction contracts, and construction administration to minimize risk. Anticipate, recognize, and negotiate changes from the documented scope of work. Document professional effective communication both internally and externally.U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status. MUST HAVE: 5 + years of experience in Architecture-Engineering and Design/Build programs.All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-sensitive positions, to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.WE VALUE: 5 years of competitive construction industry experience on a project/projects exceeding $3 million. 3 years in the same position within the same firm. Familiarity with NFPA 72, 101 and Fire Alarm Systems. NICET III Fire Systems or greater certification. BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related engineering discipline. PMI certification. Certification for XLS140 and XLS3000 Fire Detection, Suppression and Mass Notification Control Systems.
