Job Title: BIM SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a BIM Specialist to join our structural team. The successful candidate will produce complete sets of contract documents and convert sketches or graphical output from analytical software into 3D models. Responsibilities include organizing construction documents for moderately complex projects, producing and assembling well-organized, clear, and concise sheets within office standards, selecting and modifying standard details, developing non-standard details based on engineer's direction, organizing details on drawings, coordinating details and plan section numbers, correctly cutting details on plans, reading drawings of other disciplines, coordinating structural drawings with other disciplines for moderately complex projects, checking drawings for completeness and accuracy, coordinating submittal documentation and plotting requirements prior to deadlines, efficiently switching tasks when necessary, and checking drafting work prior to returning revised drawings and red marks to the engineer.Hard Skills
