PacifiCap Properties, Inc is seeking a Full-Time professional Groundskeeper at their Sierra Pointe property. We are committed to hiring and retaining excellent and skilled employees who are self-motivated, reliable, honest, and take great pride in their work and job performance. As a full-time ground keeper, the job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Mow, trim, and edge lawns
Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees
Rake leaves, clear debris, and dispose of waste
Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal or leaf cleanup
Inspect grounds for safety hazards and report issues
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Applicants MUST have previous experience in grounds. This position requires a valid Driver’s License, and reliable transportation.
