What You'll Do:
- Engage directly with buyers, sellers, and investors through in-person meetings in extremely busy retail locations.
- Leverage our abundant leads from our extremely busy retail locations
- Negotiate contracts or loans, guide clients through the buying/selling/financing process, and deliver exceptional service that turns one-time deals into lifelong relationships.
- Collaborate with our supportive team in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities to connect and succeed.
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Real Estate Agent or Loan Officer (or willing to obtain one) with an energetic, outgoing personality – extroverts encouraged!
- Strong communication skills and a knack for face-to-face interactions; you'll be the face of our brand.
- Self-motivated with a drive to grow – previous sales or lending experience is a plus, but enthusiasm is key.
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends, to meet client needs.
