Business Development & Catering/Wholesale Sales Representative

We are a high-end culinary company specializing in premium sushi, Italian, and BBQ in Las Vegas. Our current clients include 8 casinos, multiple event spaces, country clubs, private clients, and pharmaceutical reps. We are expanding our catering and wholesale division and are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to help us grow.
Position Overview
You will be the face of our company to new and existing wholesale and catering clients. Your primary focus will be to identify, secure, and grow accounts across Las Vegas and the surrounding area, and to coordinate with our culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively research, identify, and contact potential clients, including:
Casinos and resorts
Event venues and production companies
Country clubs and golf courses
Corporate offices and pharmaceutical reps
High-end residential and private clients
Schedule and conduct sales meetings, tastings, and sample drops to showcase our food.
Price and propose catering and wholesale packages based on client needs and event requirements.
Negotiate and close deals, then maintain ongoing relationships to maximize repeat business.
Coordinate with chefs and internal staff to:
Confirm menus and quantities
Manage lead times and special requests
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Maintain a sales pipeline and activity log, including follow-ups, proposals, and contracts.
Represent the brand online and in person, including:
Engaging via email, phone, and social media
Attending networking events, trade shows, or industry meetups as needed
Continuously seek opportunities to increase order volume and expand services with existing accounts.
Qualifications
Proven sales or business development experience in food & beverage, catering, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both in person and online.
Comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, and following up consistently.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, quotes, and events simultaneously.
Reliable transportation for in-person meetings, tastings, and sample drops.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on closing deals and driving revenue.
Compensation
Hourly base pay (commensurate with experience)
