The Role
At Stock & Option Solutions, we are a top-tier growing service company in equity compensation. We seek a passionate marketing manager exemplifying team-first leadership and a “let’s get it done” attitude to join Stock & Option Solutions.
The Marketing Manager position is an important role within our growing company and will serve a critical leadership role in the development, management, and execution of strategies to drive the growth of our organization. Reporting to the CEO, this role will collaborate with a wide variety of key stakeholders across Stock & Option Solutions to create and execute our annual marketing plan. The role is responsible for coordinating the creation of and delivering effective marketing that engages our target audience and helps increase brand favorability across multiple distribution channels.

Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Campaign Management: Develop and execute strategic multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social media, email, etc.) to attract and retain customers.
Content Creation: Lead content development for the website, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Digital Marketing: Manage SEO/SEM, social media, and website performance to optimize online presence.
Industry Partnerships: Identify and manage industry events, partnerships and sponsorships that align with company goals.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using insights to improve outcomes.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
4+ years of experience in B2B service industry-related business or marketing
1+ years of experience in a supervisory role
Copywriting and marketing campaign experience
Organizational leadership, planning, and project management
Professional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Canva, Adobe, Salesforce & HubSpot experience highly preferred
