Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation throughout service
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and proper food storage
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Support other stations as needed and help with closing/opening duties
Uphold portion control and minimize waste
Qualifications
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Commitment to cleanliness and food safety
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
