Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning services such as dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, etc., with a focus on high-quality results for residential homes and apartments.
Perform cleaning tasks according to the checklist guidelines provided to ensure consistent quality and client satisfaction.
Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleaning supplies and report on any client issues or needs.
Requirements:
Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Liability Insurance is required (or willing to obtain).
Must Provide Your Own Cleaning Supplies.
Must sign a 1099 Contractor Agreement, including non-compete and non-disclosure clauses.
