Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Window Installer Helper to join our team. This role is essential in assisting experienced window installers with various tasks related to the installation of windows and other related fixtures. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in construction and maintenance person skills, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities
Assist lead installers with the installation of windows, doors, and other glass fixtures.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installations.
Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation process.
Engage in fabrication and assembly of window frames and related components.
Conduct caulking and sealing to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing.
Support trim carpentry tasks, including door hanging.
Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
